April Challenge Winner

Congratulations to the winners for this months challenge “Gatefold”.

The winners are Jean P (B4) in the beginner/intermediate section. Jean made this lovely card using the gorgeous Poppy Stamps lattice die. Jean actually tied with Sue in the voting and we had to have a draw to find the winner. Jean’s ticket was picked, so congrats Jean you win the $20 voucher!

In the advanced section the winner was an outright win by Glenda M (A7). Glenda’s card was made with one of the adorable Nellie Snellen Vintage images and a Craftable’s die. Very clever the way the sides interlock as the card closes. Well done Glenda…$20 coming your way!

The rest of the cards entered were all equally as good. It’s a shame there can only be one winner.

May Card Challenge

Colours of Autumn The challenge for May is colours of Autumn. I love Autumn in the UK where I grew up, with all the crispy leaves on the ground and bare trees. I do miss that, as we just don't get it here in QLD (although I don't miss the cold LOL). So with that in mind, I thought it would make a good challenge...those gorgeous colours of autumn...oranges, yellows, greens and browns. It doesn't have to be an autumn themed card, just those colours. This one should take you out of your comfort zone and get you thinking :) TO ENTER: Simply make a card, scrapbooking page or other project following the theme and give it to me, email me a picture, or a link to your project.
