August Competition Winner

And the winner is.......

Shakerah!!

Congratulations Shakerah. Your $20 store voucher is waiting for you :)

Shakerah is 12 years old and made this fabulous teapot. The theme was die cuts or punching and Shakerah used both on this project. The handle and base of the teapot are punched and the tag and roses are die cut. An amazing amount of work and effort and a well deserved win.

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition. There were some fabulous cards entered and some fantastic designs. It was very hard to pick a winner with so many great cards to choose from. I wish I could choose more than one winner but there can be only one.

Here are the other entries for you all to see...in no particular order...

May Card Challenge

Colours of Autumn The challenge for May is colours of Autumn. I love Autumn in the UK where I grew up, with all the crispy leaves on the ground and bare trees. I do miss that, as we just don't get it here in QLD (although I don't miss the cold LOL). So with that in mind, I thought it would make a good challenge...those gorgeous colours of autumn...oranges, yellows, greens and browns. It doesn't have to be an autumn themed card, just those colours. This one should take you out of your comfort zone and get you thinking :) TO ENTER: Simply make a card, scrapbooking page or other project following the theme and give it to me, email me a picture, or a link to your project. Competition closes at midnight on Tuesday 28th May Voting will commence on Wednesday 29th May and will finish Saturday 2nd June. The winner will be announced as soon as possible after that date THE RULES: The rules are very simple and are as...
